Brain, Behavior & Evolution Seminar - Dr. David Crews, UT
Friday, January 15, 2016, 12:00pm - 01:00pm
Contact barnes@austin.utexas.edu

We will begin presentations on the 11 chapters from the new Second Edition of Ecological Developmental Biology: Integrating Epigenetics, Medicine, and Evolution by Scott Gilbert and David Epel <http://www.sinauer.com/>. In addition there will be lectures on the Coda and Appendices and I I will be giving several lectures on this section.

This is an important book and provides the basics of epigenetics for the scientist interested in organisms and the environment. Since this is a costly book, I have purchased personally copies of the book and will give FREE to the graduate students enrolled. The caveat (and there always is one) is that those students will be responsible for leading a discussion of a particular chapter of the book.
