Use Policies (seats 15)

  • The PAT 617 seminar room is available on a first priority basis for the faculty in the academic units housed in Patterson for holding events such as recurring seminars, research symposiums, receptions, presentations, meetings, etc. Graduate student groups must have a faculty sponsor from one of these academic units to reserve the room. NOTE: This room is not intended for undergraduate use or teaching by graduate students of undergraduate discussions or review sessions.
  • Other entities associated with the College of Natural Sciences have second priority for reserving PAT 142 but only for similar purposes as those described above.
  • If changes are made to the standard room layout you are responsible for returning the room to the original order.
  • If dry erase/chalk boards are used make sure to erase prior to exiting the room.
  • If food and refreshments are served, an account number for cleanup needs to be provided at the time of room reservation.
  • Users are responsible for any damage to the room incurred during their event.
  • For the courtesy of others, please take the time to cancel at least 24 hours before your event if there is a change in plans.   There is high demand on the use of this space.
