Research
We want to understand how populations of reef-building corals adapt to variable environment and to climate change. We rely on ecological approaches combined with classical quantitative genetics and genomics (genome-wide genotyping and gene expression). We also investigate coral demography (population sizes and migration rates) based on genome-wide genotyping and coalescent-based analyses. We continuously develop new laboratory and bioinformatic methods for genomics of non-model organisms.
